How You値l Learn
People learn best by practicing skills, getting feedback and practicing
again. We create an informal atmosphere least reminiscent of
formal schooling. Most of the time you値l be working in practice groups
of eight to ten people where you値l receive feedback from trainers and
participants alike. Our highly experienced faculty starts feedback at your
skill level, whether beginning, intermediate or advanced. You値l leave
the College more skilled, aware of your strengths and weaknesses
and armed with practical ways to continue sharpening your skills.
As a hands-on experiential learning program, the College of Advocacy
layers concepts and information beginning with online exercises and
continuing through the face-to-face event. For everyone to reap its full
benefit, participants must complete the online exercises and attend the
entire training.
