Writing Mentors
Writing is central to the craft of good advocacy and the skill that
legal advocates use most frequently. For mentors the tension lies in
representing the client well when presented with a below standard piece of
writing. Under deadline pressure, rewriting seems faster and easier than
giving feedback, allowing the author to rewrite and learn from the
process. Yet the best way to learn how to write is to write when the final
result matters, under the tutelage of experienced writers. Here are
resources to help you with this process.
